EPISCOPAL CHURCH WOMEN

DIOCESE OF ATLANTA

ANNUAL RETREAT at CAMP MIKELL on MAY 4-6, 2007

"Imagination & Creativity: God's Image in Us"

Come join with women of the Diocese and The Right Reverend Frank Allan, Eighth Bishop of Atlanta, to explore ways in which we reflect God's creative imagination through our own creativity. Bishop Allan will focus on God the Creator, who imagines the Universe and calls it into being and how we, made in His image, do the same thing; and on renewing that creative gift which is sometimes dimmed. Ample time will be provided for exploration/restoration of personal creativity at Mikell's new St. Joseph's Craft Center in areas such as painting, wood turning, scroll sawing, weaving, creative writing, pottery or photography. If you have an art or craft to share, let us know.

This year it's TEE SHIRT DAY for our Friday afternoon "Sip and Share" - proudly sport your ECW/Parish colors or purchase an Episcopal Tee onsite to benefit Camp Mikell thru ECW Centennial Fundraising. (other items will also be available)

Remember: DAY RATE includes meeting and lunch on SATURDAY ONLY ($30 per person). WEEKEND RATES per person include all meals and two nights at Camp Mikell; groups wishing to room together are encouraged to send registration forms in together; dormitory accommodations require that you bring your own linens, towels, toiletries, etc. Registration Deadline is April 11. 2007. A LATE FEE of $10.00 will be charged for ALL REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE.

Limited scholarships are available- Call Gwen for further information/requirements.
